I used Goodseattickets.com for the first time to purchase theater tickets to s show my Mom raved about every time I spoke with her. Since the ticket prices were so great at goodseattickets.com, we decided to purchase 4 tickets for my husband, myself and our two children. The seats weren't together, but in the same row. We received two tickets right away after purchase, even though we were told the tickets wouldn't be sent until the week of the show. On the Monday before the show, I received an e-mail saying the tickets were sent with the Fedex tracking link. The link said the tickets would be received that day by 4:30pm. Well they never came. I went to the Fedex site and now there was no "estimated delivery date". I checked again the next morning... Same thing. Then I called Goodseat customer service. They put me on hold to speak to the seller and I was told the tickets would be guaranteed to be received by Friday (the performance was on Sat.).. I was concerened, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. The next morning we received a call, saying they made a mistake because someone "keyed in" the wrong show time for the 2nd set of tickets we bought and do we want to switch to that show. I asked if they had four tickets to either show... They said "no" and asked if I wanted a refund. I said yes, since 4 of us were originally going to go. I don't know yet if I received the full refund, but the bottom line is we didn't get the tickets as promised and we now had to arrange for child care at the last minute.
