Avoid any dealer with name “Planet Auto Mallâ€, I bought my Audi A6 2004 for $20,995. Today is May and I had to take my car for service 4 times already this year!!! First 3 times I got it serviced at “Planet Auto Mall†in New York, this dealer went out of business beginning of last time at “Northern Auto Group†beginning of 2009. They can not seem to be able to fix the constant problems I have with my Audi. Every time I pick my car up, in a couple of weeks same problems surface again and new once show up. The list of things that broke so far or warning signals I get: check engine light, ESP light, water pump, engine oil leak, break light switch. Good thing I bought extended warranty on this car, but it is only for 2 years or 24,000 miles. After that I will have to trade this car in or spend thousands for repairs each time. The reason why that is “Planet Auto Mall†sold me a rebuild with clean VIN report. Stay away from “Planet Auto Mall†dealership in New York land area!!! Here is my last sentence: F… Planet Auto Mall, F… them hard, I hope they all go out of business soon.
