They lock you into a contract, then need 2k deposit!

I enrolled on their flagship product of $9.99/mo program that's for 12 mos. I ran my first payment, then it got "randomly"-they said, held up in underwriting.
So Bill in Underwriting needs a $2,000 deposit to continue with any transactions.
I asked to quit, they said great, you owe us the rest of your contract fees or $120.
