Lacey Express Storage
They won't return my deposit

When I paid for a storage unit I gave them the fifty dollar deposit and asked what I needed to do to get it back. The lady siad the deposit was just for the return of the lock and keys they provieded.

So when I went in to give the lock and keys back after moving out I asked for the deposit back. And the answer I got was no becuase I did not prvide them with 2 weeks written notice. No where in the contract did it say the notice had to be in writing.

I did inform them that I was going to olny be staying for one month at the time I singed the contract but aparently that was not good enough or maybe the lady just forgot to write it down. Anyway guess who lost the fifty dollars. Thats right the customer.
