I worked for this company a couple months ago. This company does loan modifications. They have 2 very expensive fees. The first fee is for them underwriting you loan documents. They do not do the underwriting. When you sign with this company, you are paying for something you are not getting. That's why i quit working for them. Then they charge you again for the negotiations. The modifications they get are not too bad but they could be better. The only problem is theycharge you 2 times and you only get one of the services. Please be aware!!! You are paying for an underwriting package that you do NOT get what so ever. They are WAY over priced. They are very greedy will try to get as much money out of you as they can.in a sence, They are ripping people off that cannot afford it!!!
