I had been calling David Errante. He delivered the mortgage pre-acceptance agreement, combined with the LOI and underwriting agreement. It was completed in the end my agreement data was delivered to his office. On the site it claims they might require no in advance costs, nevertheless when I obtained the paperwork, he requested for that $2100. He insisted he was complying using what was requested on his component, but simply kept requesting the Cash!!!
