Medalis was hired 8-14-09 and was released from this roofing project on 11-03-09. He worked less than four days in nine weeks. The partial work he did was removed by the next roofer who completed his work in less than five days.in the process of ripping off the roof Medalis exposed the interior and caused thousands of dollars in damage to the top two units of this condo building... Twice. He owes thousands paid to him in good faith for materials that will not be reimbursed as he is without assets of any kind. I was not able to have any control of this situation and filed with the Iowa A.G. Office on 8-17-09 without satisfaction. I was only able to do a minimum of damage control as many persons were obstructing the removal of Medalis. DMPD were also notified without resolution.
