On 11/29/09 Mr. Medalis Dubinovic was paid in full $2640.00 to tear off and replace are roof. Mr. Dubinovic said that he would start the project the next day 11/30/09 As the weather was in the high 60's that week. I had spoke with him several times in the month on Dec and he would always says that he was going to bring the materials out the following day. Well here it is April 4th and Mr Medalis Dubinovic has not been back to my house or even giving us a call.
