His only "work" has been adding a door panel with a lock to suffocate the boiler and deny owner access to electric meters and breaker panels. Fire alarm system is not available and dryer plug for appliance use is also behind a locked door! In five years he has never swept a floor or called a service person. Boiler requires draining more than once a year which he has never done and would not know how. He has placed owners health and safety, and property, at risk for fire and personal damage. He has jeopardized the life and wellbeing of a 70 year old owner.
He was notified in writing on 2-8-10 that a double constant water leak was present when someone improperly removed a washer and he was notified verbally again on 3-2-10. He refuses to fix. He refuses to do anything about other expensive water issues with an extremely high water loss that owners pay for. This is squandering and mishandling of owner fees. He has approved of business accounts without providing any information related to his knowledge of these missing accounts.
He left his soiled mattress/boxspring on the entry porch from 12-27-09 until I called city inspectors February 10.
His most serious offense was hiring a scam roofer, with full knowledge that Medalis Dubinovic had 37 charges against him (age 23) and hired him anyway. He was being sued by several victims as the roofer did not show up after receiving a check for materials. This cost, plus costs for a new roofer, damage to both top units, and additional costs for insurance, tarps, etc. Our fees cannot be reimbursed as the roofer has no assets. Our condo account was bankrupted!
