Roof damage was done in September by a roofing scam... Twice. Servpro was hired by Dana co.insurance company, and has failed to resolve an electric problem in our attic caused by a subcontractor hired by him.insulation was blow in attic on Christmas Eve during the day on the North/South side of attic over the North entry of our condo building. I was doing laundry and witnessed the insulators in this attic and shortly after they left I noticed the lights out on the North entry area. I called Servpro the next morning and they said they were not on the North side of building. As of today 2-19-10 this electric wire is still exposed in attic. DMFD were notified in writing and phone. Police were also notified. Servepro apparently has no concern for safety issues.
