For over two years, I kept my mouth shut and tolerated the most negligent and incompetent property management company I've ever dealt with. They only communicate with tenants when they want more money, and their only interests in maintenance involve their own property value and NEVER the well-being of the tenant.
Yes, this could be said about many landlords. That's why I tried my best to ignore their neglicence for two plus years. When I finally moved out, however, they kept every single penny of my $500 deposit for no absolutely no honest reason. The apartment was in FAR better condition when I moved out than when I moved in— and I have extensive photos to prove it!
I will be taking them to small claims court and I fully expect to win back most of my deposit.in the meantime, I just wanted to warn any potential new tenants & do not rent from Auld Investment Properties!
