I had allowed Natache or HIPMS to manage property for several years, but around early strange things started happening, like her not knowing that tenants had moved out although they appeared to be weeks late with the rent, claiming that a suit had been filed against them with no ability to provide court documents and most recently, not receiving contracts to verify when "new" tenants moved in, then her not paying me for several months even though she admitted that the tenants had paid her but she had problems (suddenly) delivering the payments. Eventually she just skipped out without paying us and without notice.
Recently found out she has done this before (go to clayton county, ga court web site and look under civil court cases) and has had claims filed regarding properties she owned or rented. Sad though because she has a nice personality, but the claims, frequent address changes and complaints speak for themselves. Had to file suit on 4 tenants and her because of the bind she put me in.
