I worked at this restuarant for a short time while I attended college. It unfortunity was one of the worst job experiences of my life. I let the manager (Penny) know that I did have some learning disabilities and problems with using cash registers and with numbers. Penny screamed and humiliated me in front of a customer. The customer was so upset with her behavior that she called the corporate office to let them know that the management was treating their employees very bad. Penny is one of the most strange and rude people I have ever worked with. I ended up quieting because she would not allow me to a few days off for class, because she said I did not properly ask for the time off on the schedule. I had put these important dates on the schedule a month in advance when I began working there! Favoritism was very often shown to the High School kids who worked there, who were given plenty of days off.
The sanitary issues also existed. Pieces of oldfood would ALWAYS be on the plates that were given to customers. Tables and booths were never properly cleaned underneath. Also with it being a buffet, older food should always be put on top, but it wasn't. Old Pizza would stay out for hours on end, and salad bar and sauces would hardly ever be changed with newer ingredients. I was quite glad when I choose to leave this nasty nasty place.
