Luxury Autos of Great Neck
This business is a big scam to get you to buy a car!

Larry and JD worked with me to have a friend co-sign for me to purchase a 2001 Jaguar Type-S, loaded, with chrome rims and low profile tires, and a nice stereo system. It seemed like a good deal, my daughter and I loved the car and Larry and JD knew they could easily persuade us to drive away with the car that very day. Everything seemed great until the car broke down on me not even a month that I had it. It needed a new transmission, which left me without a car for over a month while it was being worked on, no rental car either. Upon picking up the car, which was supposed to be under wuarantee, I told I owed the mechanic $700 for a new starter that went as a result of the car sitting for so long while in their possession while the transmission was being replaced. Within the course of two months, I've had to replace every tire on that car, due to the cheap set of modified rims and tires it came with. The tires keep going flat, regardless of how much I spend on them. Everything was supposed to be under wuarantee, but within two months I've spent so much on this car that is a money pit. Next, the coils went on it. Another $400 down the drain and the car still doesn't run. Since I 've had the car it hasn't been running for more than a week without something going wrong. The company does not stand behind its word on the wuarantee and they will not compensate me with a new car or my money back for the down payment. The car is sitting in my driveway for months now and I'm still paying $300 a month for a car that does not run. I went into the business to get my bill of sale and Larry called the cops on me, telling them he's never seen me before, I am not the owner of the car. Apparently, my friend who co-signed for me, was now listed as the owner of the car, and yet the car is insured under my name. How did a co-signer come to being the owner of the car, and my name appears nowhere on the bill of sale, when my daughter and I were present at the time of purchase. They are liars, they know who I am, they are not willing to work with me or help me with this car. I am stuck without a car, I can not even sell this car or trade it in because it barely runs. If you are looking to buy a car, I would strongly suggest you stay away from this auto store in Great Neck. The cars look great until you take them home. This is not the way for an automotive business to do business if they plan on staying in business for a long time. This is not the reputation you want to accumulate with your customers and others who might consider buying from you. Please be aware of this business and tell others! The picture below will show you how we were so easily fooled into buying this georgous car that does not run!
