I too am a victim of "Claims Specialist Inc". They took my insurance money to repair my roof and ran off with it. A man came to my door one day and told me I had major roof damage. He was one of many that had come by that summer. He was personable and seemed to be concerned about what was best for me. I filed a claim.in November I received a check from my insurance company and contacted CSI. They sent someone out with samples for me to make my selection of color for my new roof. Signed papers and took my check. I was told it would be January before the roofing materials came in because they were backlogged. I phoned in january and was told they were still behind and would get to me as soon as possible. Needless to say on or aroung March 22, I received a letter stating "They were working with vendors to get my roof repaired as soon as possible. Since then they have moved and none of the numbers work.
I really hope somebody helps to catch these crooks. They have destroyed many families.
