Steven Grayson, Insurance Claims Specialist and his boss (can't remember the name) came by my house offering to install a new roof on my home after storm damage. I told them the insurance company had already paid me their estimate and I had spent it. They told me they would contact the insurance Co. Directly and take whatever they could collect from them to put a new roof on my house, no cost to me.
They got their check from the insurance Co., and came out and put a new roof on my house. A few days later, I went up on the roof to inspect the job. They did not do any of the roof over my patio. I called Steven Grayson, he said he would be back out the following week to finish it. I called him several times after that, and each time he promised he would be back to finish the job. They never came back.
I called the company and spoke with several people about this, but they would not finish the job. They said they needed more money. That was not our agreement. I feel I was totally ripped off.
