In the past 18 months, I have replaced every appliance in my home with Sears high end products. (Frig, Dishwasher, Oven, Stove, Microwaive, Washer & Dryer). Over $12,000 and before any government incentive to buy. I will never purchase a sears product again. I tell anyone who asks about my beautiful new appliances DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS. The service desk support is horrendous. I have spent almost 6 months trying to have a problem resolved. I have come to the conclusion that sears is dragging out the process in order to circumvent their owne lemon policy. The service desk does not care. It is next to impossible to get to a supervisor. The one time I did, action was taken. Further problems have since occurred and I'm back in the same loop. The service desk will avoid finding you a supervisor. Sears has a problem because they customer problems are being prevented from escalation. Another posting provided a complaint line - it no longer works. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR APPLICANCES, even if you pay more. It will be worth it in the long run.
