Dishonest Abe's sale rep with repated lies: incomplete order, missing items and items different from advertised

An order of a Sigma Lens package was placeed on 2/14/10. The next day, 2/15/10, a sale representative called "George" called late afternoon to "talk about the order." He started with offeres of "upgrading the battery pack because the one in the order was not good enough, " I was talked into for an addition of $20. Then he offered an "upgrade of the HCSD card to a faster one." When declined, he started to talk about a warrenty for the lens and wrapped up with a so called "free upgrade of the card" and the lower price for the warrenty. One hour later, a revised order arrived and I found that except an additional $70 charged, there was nothing new or any upgrade: all the items were exacty what was originally in the package. He dared to change the pricing and charge extra $20 for the same battery. High pressure sale was one thing, lie and using misinformation to talk me into such a "revised" order is simply dishonest business practice and absolutely shameful unethicl.
When I received the revised order, I called and a sale rep named Robby (extension 245) told me that nobody was available and he can "do nothing for" me. So disappointing. This is not only disturbing by the dishonest business practice, but also completely destroyed the reputation of the company, if there is any.
I sent an email to Abe's with my complaint, called Paypal to stop payment, and called the next day. A sale rep named Bryan Patterson (ext. 244) answered, very nicely appologize, and promised to do whatever he can do "make it work." He also said that it was not the first time "George" did that and he was practically out of the door. The campany's VP David called later that day and also promised to work things our and throwing things in to make things sweeter.
Well, what happened then?
When the package arrived on Thursday (2/18/10), the battery package mystiriouly missing, so were the so call gift cards. The Sigma lens was there, but all the other items were different from the advertised, brand or quality. I placed a call to Bryan at 244, he admmitted that he made a mistake to take out some itmes, but his promise to "take care of it immediately" never came through. Calls to David were never returned.
ABES' reputation is at the representatives' hand on the daily basis. If they do not truly represent the company's business practice, Abe's will not going to last long. I would not believe that this is exactly encourage by Abe's. But this is NOT acceptable, especially with the misinformation George gave over the telephone.
I sent the company several email message. If nothing can be resolved, I will take further actions.
