Promised upgrade but was really a downgrade - won't cancel order

I ordered a Canon 17-85 IS lens online. The next day I received an email asking me to call and confirm my order. When I did that they offered to "upgrade" me for $65 more. I agreed but later found out that the upgrade was really to a Canon 18-55 IS lens and it was almost $100 more. The 18-55 is actually a downgrade.

Thirty minutes after confirming my order my husband called to cancel the order and was told it was already shipped. They refused to give any kind of shipping information as well. He was told he needed to talk to Nicholas, a supervisor, and he was gone already. He called back the next business day and got the run around with Nicholas being on the phone, busy, etc. Then they claimed that they could not talk to him because I didn't add him to my account. I called up to cancel the order and was told they canceled it and not to call back - then I was hung up on.

They already have a pending charge on my credit card that I plan on disputing if it does go through. I also reported them to the BBB and FTC. They didn't respond to any emails and I don't feel quite certain that they canceled my order. If the lens does come I plan on refusing it along with getting some kind of receipt saying that I refused it so they can't come back and tell me that they never got the lens back.

VERY dishonest, unprofessional company. Do NOT do business with them at all!
