I am very disappointed in being a Sales Representative for AVON. As a representive, I was limited on advertising and had very little assistance when it came to customer support.
One of my biggest problems was the pricing. Some of the "High End" merchandise could be found on Ebay at a fraction of the price. Another issue was the customer service and return policy. If a customer didn't like a product, it was MY financial responsiblity to return the merchandise. I did this on several occasions. The last time it was done, the company stated that they never received the merchandise. I am now stuck with a $75.00 bill and locked out of my account.
Perhaps this business is useful for some, but it takes ALOT of time, effort, closed doors, and expense. Although I don't have documentation, I would not be surprised if there was a HUGE turnover rate.
