Global Rentals sells list of houses for sale instead of rental properties. They charge $195 dollars and make sure the clients sign a contract saying you must at least receive 5 listing and we need 90 days to help our clients find their new place to move.in the contract it's also mentioned if the client cancels the services she or he will get back only $145 dollars. They make $50 from each client by not selling a rental list.
In my case, the houses in Burbank according to their list was renting any where from $850 2 bedrooms to $900. Three out of five lists were houses for sell not rent. I made sure to call the real estate agent to make sure there is no miss understanding. The agent called Global to find out the answer except he was told NO, we don't have your house in our list. They put me on hold and after trying their number several times " I was told there must be a problem which they will find out and get back to me" This was two weeks a go and I have not heard of them. They focus on Hispanic population. If you are reading this and know people who lost $50 dollars please advice them to one report them to better Business bureau. Then go after their $50 dollars. Because legally their contract is void since they are not performing their service. Please pass this on and help these people to get their money back. Hopefully with filling reports the company will go out of business.
