This was my "Your Mobile Spot" experience - NOT GOOD...
Ordered a phone 18th Dec. 2009. The phone I received did not charge. Sent it back and I received a replacement - the replacement was USED and had video's and photo's in it. Sent it back again and received a call on 21st Jan. 2010 that they did not have any more replacements for my phone and they would refund my money. As of today - 16th February I have NOT received a refund, I have had no response to 5 emails I have sent them. I try to call but the number is constantly busy... BAD service...
Bottom line - I have no phone and no refund
