Dr. Katalin Eckstein posts false and misleading resumes, in our opinion. We ask that you be careful and come to your own conclusion.
Dr. Katalin Eckstein does not work on "forensic cases with guardians ad litem in high conflict cases." Rather, she knew of one guardian ad litem ONLY, of ill reputation, who spoon-fed her only a few cases when Dr. Eckstein was not certified in forensic counseling at all.
The result? Innocent children who were never abused were treated by her for abuse that never occurred. I can only speak for myself; I was the treating doctor for these children and Dr. Eckstein never once contacted me. This has to stop! These children were never abused! In spite of all efforts, I must report that she never once contacted me to verify that the "history" she was given was accurate.
I have over 25 years experience and I am willing to testify that these children were never abused.
Worst of all, Dr. Katalin Eckstein testified against the protective parent, the mother, in court, under oath, in one of the most serious cases of all. This, without ever treating the mother. She would only go by "reports" only. This, and another case with which I am intimately familiar, reveals what is in my opinion incompetence at best and dishonesty at worst.
While I have always trained my interns to abide by ethical standards and NEVER react to partial information, apparently this ethical standard of practice escapes her.in its stead, she stated that she can ONLY go by the reports she was handed. Even though she had no first-hand information. Even though it is common knowledge to even a pedestrian that attorneys weave horrific reports in divorce cases simply in order to win, and those without funds for attorneys are at a loss. That is the very reason that we as professionals are bound by ethics to NEVER rely on, or mention, these reports, and to rely on personal witnessing ONLY.
Apparently, the criminality of the one and only guardian ad litem friend she worked with in her entire career, is now being twisted on her resume to appear as "forensic experience." I ask that you do your own decision-making and know what it requires to be certified in forensics.
Dr. Katalin Eckstein was in no way trained or certified in forensics when she destroyed the lives of at least two families that I know of.
The listings she provides in her resume are simply her own "incorporation name" which lists her as the "founder." You will notice that she does not list any group for whom she worked under their tutelage, as my interns list me, for example. Those whom she genuinely worked under have expressed their surprise that she did not list them.in fact, they are stunned into silence over what she has done in cases of innocent parents and children wherein no abuse ever occurred and wherein a sociopathic parent filed false charges of abuse, which, unethically, Dr. Eckstein "confirmed" in a court of law
You will notice, for example, that she never listed United Health Care. There is a reason for that.
This has all been to the detriment of innocent children and not in their best interest. Apparently, Dr. Katalin Eckstein still "believes" that her resume, falsified in many opinions, is far more important than the children she "treated" with no forensic experience or forensic certification whatsoever.
We only ask that you be careful when making your health care selection.
