I have always been very satisfied with Fedex but today I wasn't at all. I was not home to sign for my package so my neighbor did as a courtesy to me. It was a very large and heavy package and my neighbor happens to be 7 months pregnant. The driver handed her the box, joked that it only weighs 200 pounds and left her to drag the huge box up her driveway, steps and into her home. I told her she should have just left it outside but she was worried someone would steal it because it is an ab circle pro and it was in the product box. I am very unhappy that the driver didn't even offer to carry the huge and heavy box at least to her front door.
