Lead Research Group obviously didn't do enough research because the leads we were given were not a good fit for our company. We were told that the group we were marketing to was a opt in group. Our response rate was extremely low and our cost per lead and roi were laughable. We are not new to marketing. We have tried several different campaigns ranging from direct mail, internet leads, and live inbound calls. We didn't expect our lives to change based on this campaign alone. However there is no light at the end of the tunnel when working with Lead Research Group.
Rob Brack, Lead Research Group agent told us that based on the clients he currently has that our results would be higher than they were. We were not even in the ball park.
We are grateful for the experience we had with Lead Research Group as we now know what not to do.
We feel that working with a real advertising agency would be the best. Most of these companies are simply selling the marketing tools without any insight into how to use them.
