Matt Marsh, Ryan Rasmussen, Anita Knight, and Jamie Dietrich conspired against our company to take customers and put us out of business.
We were clients of Lead Research Group for specialty leads and had approached them about potentially partnering or buying our firm, Black Book Data Inc.
Matt Marsh went to Ryan Rasmussen and concocted a plan to solicit Jamie Dietrich and then take Anita Knight as well to their company and take our clients and databases with them. While we may settle this in a court of law (we have deleted emails and proof of data being compromised), I thought it would be prudent for any other firms interested in doing business with Lead Research Group (LRG) to watch their backs! I also introduced Jamie Dietrich to Ryan Rasmussen and Matt Marsh to help her find new sources of data for her clients and she stabbed us in the back. Jamie Dietrich is also my partners cousin who grew up in the same house as her so keep this in mind with Jamie Dietrch.
