Newport News and UPS failed to get a signature on $93.00 worth of merchandise allegedly delivered by UPS to the wrong address.
Newport News claims that the Lot number was inserted incorrectly by me but it is more likely that the Newport News Database truncated my address of record WITH Newport News and delivered to "Lot 42" instead of "Lot 425". UPS had been delivering Newport News orders to me at "Lot 425".
In addition, UPS has a record of delivering the package to "a man on the porch at Lot 42" AND did NOT get a signature.
Newport News is demanding that I pay for merchandise I did not receive and is threatening to trash my credit.
