My ex husband and I own a mortgage company and have about 15 sales agents. I was under the gun to find leads for my sales agents when I called Lead Research Group. The sales agent told me that my conversion ratio would be 25%. I was taken back with how confident he seemed that we would be able to close that many deals. I was also told by the sales agent that I would start getting my leads within 2 business days, well it took 3 weeks. When we did start calling on these leads we found that almost all of them were not interested and had no recollection of expressing any interest in lowering their mortgage payments. I would never work with Lead Research Group again. Biggest ripoff this year!!
