I have been working in the debt settlement industry for many years and have worked with many lead sources. LRG is is hands down the worst company Ive ever worked with. Its ran by a bunch of children who know nothing about what they are selling. Take Jesse Mullen for instance... This guy will say yes to every concern you have. When I set up a trial period with them I was dissapointed with their product in so many ways. Just look at how they get their leads. If you see the site the customer has to fill out, you'll see that it is very misleading.
I see that there was another complaint about this company, but it was not to informative. It seem that the Reps at LRG were trying to fix the issue. Its funny cause when I called to complain. They never returned my called till I spoke to their VP of sales. I went over the program with him and he said that I was quoted wrong and that I was misinformed about they way they do business. They did refuse to issue a refund and didn't stop the campaign. I just think that if you lie to set someone up in a program you shouldn't be in business.
I eventually got some (spam) marketing emails from Jesse. I asked him to stop sending me e-mail and that I wont be using them in the future. He replied that I know nothing about the industry I'm in and That I will fail in the future... I'm happy to say I found a great lead source that is not only a better price but more reliable. Just shop this company before ever working with them... They truly are a rip off!!
