Scam, Fraud, Stole My Money, Deceptive

On January 11, I was contacted on phone by a Maria Carr, representive to the company National Opportunities, LLC (Tripleio). She explained how I could make money with them, by setting up my very own 'website address', and that if I had any questions, 'they' would always be there to help me out for a full year. She explained that I would be sent a package with all necessary information, and that I had to fill out papers to send back to them.

After gaining my trust, she then proceeded to take my VISA information. She stipulated that if I was not satisfied after receiving the package, that I would be reimbursed the full amount of what they would deduct from my VISA after contacting them within a month to let them know.

As she let me know that I was being 'recorded', I let her know that she was being recorded also.

National Opportunities, LLC was quick to deduct my money off my VISA. This was on January 11. Then I waited for their 'package'. Their pkg was sent off from the U.S. On Jan. 13, and I received it January 21. The very day I received the pkg, I looked over their information, I looked at their 'website' and decided that I wasn't interested.

I phoned them up and was greeted by a male representative and explained the situation. He responded that the full amount would not be refunded to me. He began making excuses, saying that the company didn't owe me any money. I became irate, and he sarcastically responded, "I cannot explain anything to you if you keep interrupting".

As I had informed Maria Carr that she had been recorded by phone, so did I also inform this representative that he was legally being telephone recorded. He explained that he was just a worker there and that he did not make the policies. He then told me that I had to send back the 'papers' that were sent to me before National Opportunties (Tripleio) LLC would even take my claims into consideration.

Living in Canada, I was told by VISA Resolution Center, to send them a registered letter, along with their papers. All this was done on the same day, being January 21st.

I tracked the registered letter, and it was received and signed by a "A. Snow", on February 11. Yet, the 'registered letter' had arrived at their post office on January 26. They waited 15 business days before signing for reception of my registered letter.

I tried calling them today, on February 15, at approximately 2:21 P.M. EST, where they requested that I leave a message with my name and tel. Number. No one was there working.

I would like to have my money back as they stipulated I would receive. Even when knowing that they were being recorded, they are brazen enough to think that they can get away with stealing my money. This, imo, is definitely a fraud company. I have all the evidence indicating as such.

Thank you for your consideration in having read this.
