Worldwide marketing and associates llc make big money with internet maketing—for national opportunities only

This sweet talking marketer sympathecally listens to your sad story of having been ripped off before and then tells you that for only $139 will put you on a web site, or two or three. You will be making BIG money when you clients find your site and buy products from Sears, Walmart, and hundreds of other big companies on the Internet. You can cancel any time within 30 days and get your money back.
Then they ask for your credit card number so they can check out which one has enough credit line.
Then the s*t hits the fan: you are connected to World Wide Marketing. "You will have to trust me with this". We will put you on TV for advertising your business. They will charge a yearly fee for TV. All you need to do is approve the charge of $2800. This just happened to be the amount of my credit line minus $100. After I talked to the bank manager, she pointed this out and I decided to disapprove this charge.
When I told Justin Case of National Opportunities that I disapproved the charge, he let loose a string of curse words on me: I am slandering his business, there will be a suit of $20,000 against me and the bank, the clerk is a $10/hr person that know nothing about business, etc. Etc.
I asked for a refund of my $139, which he refused to give me.
One week later I received a registered letter with a bill of $4800 against another card, despite the fact that I immediately ordered new cards from each bank.
A day later I received a registered letter with a DVD. I tried to run it on my computer, but it refused to run. This was supposed to be a copy of the TV ad.
I filed a fraud complaint with Discover card so I would not have to pay the charges. Two months later the card statement had the $4800 back—they refused to refund.
I call Discover again and told them the whole story, and they were very sympathetic and helpful, and will refile the dispute.
I phoned the man at "Customer Relations" of Worldwide Marketing, and he was very unfriendly and gruff, and definitely refused any refunds, claims they are already advertising for me, but after 2 months I have not received a penny from them.
Possibly a small claims suit might have some influence on them, but I'll probably lose that too.
