Netspend Corp. LOST my Tax Refund & they are not doing anything to help me or trace it, I have been a loyal customer since April;I spoke with the IRS several times & there was no problem from their end they sent my refund to Netspend via direct deposit on 2/5 & yet it has not been credited to my account, even though I have checked & rechecked the routing # & my account number with them several times, everytime I call Netspend first of all to actually get to talk to a "live" person you have to go thru so much bull to get there & once you do you can't understand the customer service rep due thick foreign accents they can't give you a clear cut answer & blame it on the IRS or they put you on hold forever until you finally giveup & hang up I have sent all the necessary documentation necessary to prove my identity twice do they want my fingerprints & a blood sample also? I want my money NOW not 6 weeks from when the IRS finishes tracing my refund I have bills to pay & my electric is being threatened to be shut off I seen that there are SEVERAL complaints against this company why isn't anything being done to protect us & to give us our money this company should be fined & I should receive interest for the amount of time that they are keeping my money. Someone needs to straighten out this company IMMEDIATELY they are a BIG RIPOFF & there are STEALING peoples money!!! I will file a complaint with every single agency& badmouth thi instituion until i get my money!!! A very pissed customer!
