This company charged my credit card $9.95 and sent me a DVD. I caught the charge quickly, long before the video arrived. My bank dealt with charges, but I've filed a complaint/report with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). I've notified the NJ BBB, The Ocean Chamber of Commerce. I've filed a crime report with the New Jersey Confidential Crime Tip Reporting Form http://www.nj. Gov/oag/dcj/tips.htm, and called 1-866-TIPS-4CJ, a crime tips number. I've heard nothing from anyone, but I'm hoping to follow up until someone is prosecuted, if criminal fraud activity can be proven.
