If this company has double charged you credit card/bank card, has failed to ship your goods, failed to refund you money, failed to return you calls, failed to provide you with a mailing address, failed to give you there full name, failed to give you a personal phone number, and failed to give you any reason for the problems, THEN REPORT THEM!
