In july i obtained a statement for 27,000 i named they described how it was there error and they might manage it. Sept. 2009 my bill is 25,000 i contact the same they'll repair it all an extended I'm spending my statement. Oct they set a credit i contact. I then ask just how much is my statement the woman tell me maam that you don't possess a statement due to the error that individuals created they've credit your consideration, and so I state that simply do not appear right this do not occur to people. She tell me to simply keep calling before credit go out. I contact each month to ask what's my statement plus they declare it's compensated. Jan. 2010 my child obtain a mobile phone and also the statement is compensated. Feb. 2010 we appear online and my bill has become $800. Oo i contact they claim i owe them for the weeks which was not compensated, and that I clarify that which was happening plus they all acknowledge that it had been their error and just why do I've to cover their error they was informing me used to do not need a statement. Therefore today they're informing me that people could make preparations. Our problem is the fact that isn't reasonable but, how can I actually have the ability to spend that off the statement will proceed to increase. I'm just one mother with three kids i spend my expenses promptly and that I require my mobile phone. I actually donot understand what to at this time, personally I think that I'm being handled unjust are you able to assist me!!!
