Not Honoring Windows 7 Upgrade with Purchase of Toshiba Laptop

Toshiba America ran a promo last summer offering a free upgrade to Windows 7 on a qualifying purchase of a Toshiba laptop. Of course the retailers did not push that point. I purchased a Satellite L550 Laptop in August at Office Max. It has Vista Home Premium..., THUS... I Qualify for the Windows 7 Upgrade (per their advertisement and literature). As of this writing (Feb 15), I have yet to receive it and heard hundreds of other have had the same problem (just do a search on Toshiba not honoring upgrade). I have applied online, e-mailed, called CS, faxed, and mailed the required documents, yet no response. Toshiba wouldn't even let me enter the S/N # again into the systems stating it was already registered, yet the CS person says they do not have me in the system! Talk about the Dog chasing its tail. They have somne Bozo outsourcing company called Arvato Digital Services (Valencia, CA) handling this upgrade. It doesn't matter as Toshiba is responsible for all their outsourcing vendors. I guess they hope we just fade away. Well. This calls for a Class Action Lawsuit. I have a Lawyer warming up in the Bull Pen. All who got screwed like me and are interested JUST e-mail me.
