My Toshiba Satellite broke three days after warranty. I called Toshiba Customer support and confirmed when it was bought and all info thata they needed. Only to find out that they wouldn't help me.
The problem was the metal charginng rod inside the hole that you would plug the cird into it had come loose. I looked on the internet finding out I was not the only one having this porblem.
Toshiba told me I must have been rough with the laptop. I had it sitting on a desk for the year I wasn't rough at all. Toshiba customer support got rude telling me that they would charge me over four hundred dollars just to ship it to them. I only paid four fifty for the laptop I'd rather buy an HP or somehting than get it fixed I didn't realize that Toshiba's were disposable.
