Beryl Koenig contacted me about an opportunity to have a new home even if I have bad credit knowing I lost my home to forclosure 2 years ago. First I had to purchase videos and literature from a website that said it did not give legal advice. Cost was small, $200.00 As far as I can see, she is not mentioned on the website. Beryl claims to be close friends with the people who give the lectures and sell the material. They also have live education classes all around the US. Then Beryl helped me learn the material and told me how you use it to obtain property. Beryl charges $10.00 an hour and if she needs to get advice from Larry, Jan or Tony there is an additional charge Example: Larry looked at my paperwork and approved it and it cost me $1,500. When everything is said and done. It amounts to getting an unsuspecting person who owns property to put it into a Trust.
Then I take possession of the house. And I do some fancy footwork with papers to look like I'm trying to get the government to pay out of some account the government has in my ss#. According to Beryl, I can live in the home for up to 10 years rent/mortgage free. The victim (previous home owner) is now out of the house and has no recourse to reposess or remove me as a renter. You keep telling the victim (previous home owner) that if they are too stupid to get the money from the government; that's their problem.in my case I didn't go through with it when the home owner couldn't get his mortgage paid off. Now he has to hire an attorney to get the ownership of the house from the Trust back to the rightful owner. We were told by Beryl that this was a simple process. But in fact it is NOT a simple process. The house can not be sold, the mortgage company is questioning repossession to clear title. It's a MESS. Don't do anything without proper advice from an Attorney and/or Title Company. She has no idea what she is talking about.
