Two years later after I asked my roommate to leave my house because he was being rude to me and my children, he told me that Arkley wasn't going to let me keep my house. The deed and mortgage are in my name. The Justice system is taking their time doing anything about this. It is now 2 years since I have asked my roommate to leave my home. I have spent close to $11,000.00 in lawyers fees to defend my title, and it hasn't even gone to trial yet.
