Do not use this company. They charge your visa the day you order and did not ship the product. After 2 weeks I called (because their on line order inqurey did not work) and was told it would arive in 2 days - they refused to give me a tracking number but told me the product had been backordeered and that is why it was delayed (when I ordered they told me it would ship the same day) - they never informed me by phone, email, or regular mail. They also told me they were working on fixing the on line login. 7 days later, when it still had not arrived, I called again and after they did not answer the phone for the first 5 hours of their buissnes day,
They placed me on hold for about a half an hour. Then refused to let me talk to the management of the company or tell me what was going on with the order, or why I had been told something compleetly eronious. Their on-line system said the product had never been shipped. They told me a manager or the owner was: 1st "busy", next, "was not their", next "would call me right back" Do I need to say - nobody called back. BEWARE OF THESE GUYS! Oh - and if you are the owner of this company and are reading this - I warned your man on the phone who tried to make me think he was diffrent people after putting me on hold for a half hour at a time (on your 800 number dime) that I was going to write this. He said he did'nt care. Do you? He claimed his name was Jerry.
