I called to complain and cancel my order and they said they could not cancel it, and that i have to wait to get the product to return it, to get my money back, i called them within 24 hours, and they still refuse to cancel the order. I spoke with sam the 4th time i called. The last woman i spoke with hung up on my call. Now i am on hold with sam. He came back on the line and verified my information. He said that there is a cancelation process online, and that they cannot cancel the process after submitting an order. Then he tried to patronize me with a discount. Yes, he says he understands, when i told him that they charged my account when i do not have the money in the bank. I told him that he is costing me more money. So he continued to say the same thing over and over. Actually there is nothing we can do about it. Ok so if you really want i can give you a 35% discount only good for today.
