On Dec. 24 I sent 599.00 to Stuffunion via Western Union, for 2 wii and 3 computer I order from this company. I recieved an email stating that I need to send another 307 dollars for custom to release my box to be shipped. I email Lisa the person on their website to inform her that my money was paid, she told me that she was sorry for this and that I would recieve my box on 12/31/08. On the chat line on site of their web page, she told me that they the company would send me the confirmation and tracking number for my box being ship via DHL, when I chatted with her on 12/30 about the confirmation and tracking number she stated they would email me within an hour. After not recieving the informatin I went back on line to ask where the email was I recieved another email stating the company has change their policy and that I need to order more product to get what I already paid for. I told them that I should have been under the old policy and send my money back or product, they don't want to give me my money or product. I need to find someone that can help me because I don't have money to just give a company.
