They sent out foreclosure notices when i had a remodification done. They reported to my informed my creditor that I was behind 284000.00 They said I was 60 and 90 days late but, I am not late

I have so many problems with this company. No on speaks english, youu are on hold for hours. They reported to my creditors that I am late 60 and 90 days. They say I owe them 284000.00 I have a loan modification. I still get calls everyday. They do not know what the other branch within their company is doing. I have faxed everything to them then they say we didi not get this, or that. They unorganized, and need to learn english. I could not understand them. They need to fix my credit report, I am not late all payments are up to date.
