Ocwen bought our loan from Saxon Mortgage early 2011. Since we received notice of this our lives have a Nightmare. It is impossible to talk to anyone that speaks english or can answer any questions, unless written on their Q-cards. The long story short I received a call in July that our mortgage was 4 months late. After hours on hold and many phone calls they realized it was put into a sepereate holding account. After that was all cleared up. A week later another rep called me and informed us were were a month late, claiming that when they recieved the loan from Saxon it was a month late. Many hours on hold the situation has never been resolved.

Now, In July we were late on a payment due to an illness in the family. We applied for a loan modification at the urging of the non english speaking rep on the phone. 3 months later we are informed our home was in foreclosure, they claim they never recieved the Loan Modification paper work. We refilled is out and fax and emailed back. 1 month later we were informed we did NOT qualify for the HAAMP because we made too much money and we did not qualify for the Ocwen in house because we didn't make enough. We were also informed we owed 8,250 in late payments and fees to reinstate our loan, we could NOT make payments and it had to be paid in full to reinstate our loan. After much stress my husband and I decided in frustration we would allow the home to go into foreclosure. We applied for the DIL. We were approved and we were sent the acceptance documents on Dec 27th. With a due date of Jan 3rd 2012. As soon as I go into work on the 3rd, I scanned and emailed the documents to Ocwen.

This morning (Jan 16th) I received a call from an Ocwen rep, very rude asking when we were going to be paying our mortgage. After i informed him we have already signed out DIL and retruned them, he put me on hold for 45 minutes to come back and say, "Ocwen denied your DIL application due to non response from you". There was no one I could talk to and had to set up an appointment for someone to call me on the 26th of Jan. I also have to "reapply" for the DIL. It seems like this Nightmare is never going to end. We just want out of this situation and move on with our lives already. If it was just my husband and I it would be different, we have a 6yr old and a 3yr old we have to think about.
