Ocwen has added 50,000.00 in principle to my account raising my payment and making it impossible to sell. My credit is ruined because they hold payments for 21 days without posting and then charge unbelievable late fees. They added 8,000.00 to the payoff on my loan when i tried to refinance then bought the loan back within 1 month. They tried to foreclose after they held a payment and made me 15days late. They forced me into a forbearance, which i paid only to have the entire amount added to the principle. They charged 15,200.00 to pay off a side note on my title that never got paid. They offered a loan modification that dropped my interest rate only to add 15,000.00 to my principle that raised my payment out of my range. No one will talk to you. They call you 20 times a day with a recording then when you call back you get put in a loop or you talk to an indian that barely knows english and doesn't know anything about your account. I have loads of documentation of the rip-off but am having trouble finding a lawyer. I noticed someon from memphis wrote in. This is close to me. Maybe we could search together. Please report everything to the ftc and your state attorney general. They claim if they have enough complaints they will act. I found 835 lawsuits filed in the past, not much real current. Surely some of the people have reported them to the ftc. Please file these reports for all of us.
