Flawed product and poor customer support
I've purchased 3 HP laptops this year.
My personal computer is only 6 months old and developed lines on the screen known as LCD bleed.
The laptop was not dropped or misused.
It is used as a desktop replacement.
The screen is too large and inadequetely supported for its size. There is flex in the screen when it is opened. This is a design flaw not customer damage. The problem occurred with normal household usage.
I am extreemly dissatisifed with the time and energy I've spent trying to get this problem fixed.
I am furious that HP refuses to help me with this problem!
