Pete Morby of the UK former admin of Texas PTC, opened Silver Paid to View Tube in July. I joined in Aug. 2009 and in Oct paid his special price to lifetime upgrade to his Gold PTVT of $17, his normal price was $75. Hundreds of members paid his upgrade fees, he raked in thousands of dollars and within a short time after upgrading he barely had any ads to view on the site and his disappearance from the forum at that same time seemed ominous. It was explained away as him working on new ad sites to gear up more business for the PTVT sites, he subsequently added Dollar-Search.com and Spikesurf.com also bilking more members out of upgrade fees. Business never did pick up and by February 2 all of his sites were no longer able to be reached online. Nobody on any of his sites ever received any payouts as he had set unreachable goals of $25 both on silver and gold, but in the forum had been promising for well over a month to lower the payout, all the while I am sure knowing that it would never happen and he held a contest that was to last for one month on his gold site, I participated along with many other members, and came out in the final four, all of us were to receive a $4 prize the weekend before his site went down, again never saw a cent, and the contest dragged on for 3 entire months. Everybody on all his sites never received a dime, he also used very foul language on his forum, treated members horribly all in the name of wanting to run a clean site and weed out the cheaters, all along he was the biggest cheat of all.
