I subscribed to xxxbook.com at the silver level which allowed me to view profiles, search the members, send and respond to emails - basically use the full site. Over time, each time I would go to the site I would get a splash page asking me to upgrade to gold status with no way to opt-out. Each time I could would use an option from their pull-down menus to avoid upgrading. Today the upgrade page came up regardless of what I did. My only option to respond to an email was to upgrade to gold. I have emailed the company as well as the billing company to get a refund. We will see what happens.
