In the beginning, they where excellent in responding to all emails, to insure that they received the money. The shipment came as promised howeverit was incomplete... Items that was stated in website that I paid for was not in the box, Immediately, I contacted them through emails in a respectful matter to resolve the issue, all emails have been ignored. Because of this, I want a refund, but I am afaid to because I would have returned the product and I would be out of hunderds of dollars... I'm extremely disappointed...
