Hi my story is very similar to another person on this site and I just hope not too many other people have been scammed by these gangsters and if there is anything that can be done to prevent anybody else getting scammed aswell.
This happened at christmas time (december) at a local retail electronic shop in New York. I'd like to find a way to recover my loss and also shut down their operation so that no more victim comes and is ripped off by them. Here is a case. I was dragged by a street solicitor with a poster telling that they're selling unlocked iPhone. I made a purchase with knowledge based on their explanation "it is iPhone", I was also led to believe that it was 32gb memory as the box also says but as soon as I plugged it into my P.C. It showed up as a flash drive and only had 4gb of memory, it was not an iPhone and they call it "generic iPhone." (it resembles iPhone but in fact it is fake imitation product from China.
